The only equipment absolutely required is a barbell, bumper plates, and squat rack. Dumbbells and a bench are not required but good to have.
Workouts are written to take 60-75 minutes, but you can trim lower priority exercises at the end of the session to save time!
Each training cycle is built in 4-week blocks, and typically last between 8 and 16-weeks!
