Who Is This For?

1-1 coaching is perfect for those who have some experience with the Olympic lifts and compete or would like to compete soon.

What If I Don't Have A Ton Of Time?

That's ok! Each workout is designed for your schedule, so whether you can train 3, 4, or 5 times a week for 30, 60, 90 minutes+, we'll make sure your program still gets you the most bang for your buck.

Should I Do Performance Or Performance Plus?

This depends on how serious you are about your training. If you want to do everything possible to be great, performance plus will get you there much faster. We recommend lifters start with performance coaching for 3 months, then once your technique is up to par, dropping down to performance coaching after that.
